Based in Sheffield, S1 Lifts specialise in corporate (public and passenger) lift servicing and installations in the South Yorkshire area. Our engineers have many years experience in lift maintenance, installation and refurbishments on both public and commercial lifts.
New Lift Installations
S1 Lifts provide new lift installations. Our services include design fitting and installation of lifts from the mechanisms behind to the cab user controls. There are many types of lift for different applications from large commercial lifts, MRL (motor room less) lifts, to small goods and service (Dumbwaiter) lifts. We use the latest drives and controllers with a focus on energy saving efficiency. 12 months maintenance comes as standard with any new lifts.
All our lifts are designed to conform to DDA (Disability Discrimination Act). These standards include wheelchair and disabled access, customising the aesthetics and height of the control panels, voice and sound alerts. Read more on DDA here >

Lift Maintenance
S1 Lifts is the principle independent lift contractor in Sheffield, upholding many contracts in the South Yorkshire.
At S1 Lifts we maintain and refurbish all types of lift, new and old. Our maintenance services come tailored to your requirements and each new lift and refurbishment project we undertake comes with 12 months maintenance. This includes 24 / 7 cover and remote monitoring.

Lift Refurbishments
When undertaking refurbishments we either replace or repair existing equipment. We are increasingly being asked to replace old geared machines with newer gearless machines meaning better reliability. We are also commonly upgrading the drive systems to improve energy efficiency and control.
As with our New Lifts, our refurbishments come with 12 months S1 Lifts maintenance service.
