We run Lindum Court Residential Care Home in Lincolnshire. Being able to get residents up and downstairs is crucial to their care and enables them to join in the activities we have in the home on a daily basis.
In November, the lift broke which caused a potentially significant disruption to the running of Lindum Court.

Kris came and assessed what needed to be done and very quickly turned around a quote and started to plan for the repairs.
His quotation was significantly more ‘competitive’ than the others, and crucially, understanding the importance of the lift to Lindum Court his timescales for completing the work were much shorter.

Not only did he do a fantastic job with the lift repair he went ‘beyond the call of duty’ arriving at the home early in the morning and staying late into the evening, in order to operate the lift manually, and help our care team to move residents around the home.
