Lift Refurbishments
When undertaking refurbishments we either replace or repair existing equipment. We are inceasingly being asked to replace old geared machines with newer gearless machines along with new drives which are more efficent, cheaper to run and involve less maintainance due to less wearable parts. However we still use and service geared machines on some goods lifts as these dont need to be fast.
